Residential Construction Worker Paralyzed from Fall

A young husband and father of young children was working as a contract framer building residential homes when he fell from the second floor at a construction-site of a home in progress.  As a result, he was paralyzed from the chest down. Clore Law Group, LLC alleged that at the time, his employer and the general contractor did not have fall-protection equipment or a plan in use, in violation of federal OSHA regulations for “elevated” work. A confidential settlement for the man and his family was obtained by Clore Law Group, LLC based on the alleged mistakes made in training and educating employees and framers about OSHA requirements.

Clore Law Group, LLC is proud of the results our attorneys have achieved, but any prior results achieved on behalf of one client in one matter does not necessarily indicate, and cannot be relied upon to mean, that similar results can be obtained for other clients.
