Laparoscopic Gallbladder Surgery, Bowel Injury & Infection/Intestinal Injuries

A woman who underwent a laparoscopic surgery to remove her inflamed gallbladder experienced damage to her small bowel when the surgeon cut or punctured it with a surgical instrument. It was alleged that the surgical technique was improper and the surgical follow-up inadequate, thereby resulting in infection/abscess, and severe and permanent intestinal injuries. Clore Law Group, LLC was able to obtain a confidential settlement for the woman.
