Clore Law Group, LLC represented the family of a young man who was a pedestrian when was struck and killed by an intoxicated driver. The intoxicated driver was leaving a business licensed to sell alcohol when he struck the young man and injured others. The intoxicated driver was located and video evidence of alcohol sales violations were obtained through legal discovery. Under some state laws regarding "Dramshop" liability, a bar, restaurant, or other establishment that serves alcohol to patrons can be held responsible for their negligent acts when the establishment serves someone they know or should know is intoxicated/inebriated. The case was settled confidentially by Clore Law Group, LLC for the family of the young man who died.
