There is a chance he may face fines and other penalties once the investigation draws to a close over the coming months. However, the step-children on the driver of the Lexus have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Jenner and 50 other unnamed entities, alleging negligence and recklessness. No dollar amount was specified in the civil case, though the court documents note that they are seeking, general damages, special damages, legal fees, prejudgment interest, and any other reparations the court feels is just and proper.
