North Johnson School Bus Overturns

School districts have a duty of safety when students step onto a school bus. Too often children are injured when there is a collision with another vehicle. According to the News and Observer's website: Several North Johnston High School students were taken to the hospital Tuesday afternoon after their school bus overturned. The accident happened on Oliver Road, south of Kenly near the Wayne County line, according to Johnston County schools spokeswoman Terri Sessoms. Sessoms said no major injuries were reported, but "three to five" students were taken to Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro as a precaution.
