St. John's Island Car Accident

Did you know that there are times when people are in a single car accident when they still need a lawyer? Most folks believe they need only call their insurance company and they will pay the bills, after deductible of course. If only..... You own insurance company may choose to say you are not cover for such a car accident, even if you are. They may choose to give you an estimate insufficient to pay the medical expense or repairs needed, even if it is within your policy limits. This is what is know as insurance bad faith. Your insurance company owes you a duty, known the "implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing." It exists by operation of law in every insurance contract. When they deny coverage or short change your estimate, they may be in violation of their duty. You should speak to an attorney if you're in this situation.
