Sam Allen, Of Counsel, focuses his practice on personal injury law, including auto accidents, wrongful death, product liability, trucking litigation, nursing home negligence, workers’ compensation, insurance disputes, business and financial losses, and other areas of catastrophic personal or business loss. He has been admitted to practice in South Carolina, Tennessee, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina and the District of Columbia.

A graduate of Tennessee Technological University, where he was named a Stalman Scholar and to Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society, Allen received an associate degree in sociology and a bachelor’s degree in political science. He then earned his juris doctor degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He also served in the United State Marine Corps (1994-1997) and served as a legislative clerk in the Tennessee legislature.

Allen is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Tennessee State Bar, and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Association of Justice.  He has given presentations to the Multiple National Business Institute (NBI) including medical malpractice, personal injury cases from start to finish, ethical traps, and trial presentation techniques. He also was named by the National Trial Lawyers Association to the Top 40 under 40 in 2012.
